I realized long time ago that lose weight is an idea that goes far deeper than food, calories, or all that bla-bla that you can find in the market. The market is over floated with so much information, articles and reports that we don't know who to trust. We cannot control the market or what the media said about anything, however we have the power to take ownership of the way we think.
